Dwellers

Those who dwell at 48 Smith street Tempe (southparked).
There is also the cat, but he has not been southparked. Anyway you had already seen him.
There are also ants in the wall, cockroaches in the attic, wasps in the wasps' nest and snakes in the uncut lawn, but they wasn't southparked here either.

Adam, Elaine, Nat, Peter, Yv,
only for you in a wonderful click to enlarge version

If you want an even more real insight in the life of this house, you can have a look at our fridge, our former dog, or our nat's unwanted unsellable car, but it won't be that interesting. We also had a for lease ad for the house, but it has been deleted, So I'll have to post the pics:

Our litol room: wardrobe 30$, armchair 5$, posters ripped off a magazine, bed found on the street, bedside stand found on the street. Altro che ikea

Lounge, with plenty of unwanted (by others I mean) sofas, the backjungle (you can see the snakes)(now it's much worse)

Saludos
Pedro

Primo!
Agile, another house found.
And it seems much confortable than the one before.
Have you seen "E mrì con un felafel in mano"?
I talked to Peter lot of times ago, it's ana australian film about some strange (I think it's not enough..) people moving from house to house in Australia.
What's the original title? I don't know, maybe "He died with a felafel in his hand", but I really don't know.

Certo that you coud answer mails, you damned travellers of my boots!

Saluti

I means "morì".
And it's seems much more confortable I mean because of people, but I've seen that the image in the map is still the same.

I'm sorry for the errata corrige, the next time I'll control what I've written before sending the comment...

i would like to point out that the pictures are from the old (present) house, we are only going to the new one next week. i don't understand if you know it or not, so i just point it out furtherly.

yes i remember the movie and i want to see it, but i thought it was italian, so i didn't look for it. now i will. tanto we watch the real films here...

emails i will answer in due time, me=lazy, remember?

Hi happy house hunters
I am pleased to see you surroundings and see that you are happy and comfortable, hope your new house is even better, now its winter maybe you dont have to cut the lawn!!

how is work going? or is that to boring to talk about
I think you should all see a film called " the gods must be crazy" its south african but childishly funny so I like it, also its winter there now, so a bit of a conection

Sophia is in casuality, might have broken her leg/foot should know in a few hrs....love to you all
John

I have the real question: when you'll come home, have I to speak (quite)English with you?

when i heard of the falafel movie, i was told that it was "un panino egiziano" so I was thinking of this guy dying with a piece of bread in his hand...what a coincidence eh, letizia? we both misunderstood, what a story!

to george: yes, and I will call you george.

Unknown said...

Not to be unpleasant, but the movie's guy really dies with a "panino egiziano" in his hand.

It has been useful that Pieter explain to low-level-brain users (as Sarawalk...) that the photos are about the old house (I though it was the new one).

The real films?

we are waiting for new house photos and googlemaps link

Grazie Fabio per averci detto la fine!

ma io pensavo un panino nel senso di pezzo di pane, NON farcito. per puntigliare. qualcuno traduca.

Oh my god, is sophia ok???
seen the gods must be crazy, its about a coke bottle falling from the sky right? make you feel like home? ;oP
We think the new house will be better, but we will soon find out (we move on wednsday) and then we will update google, and the pics.

Hi all, it´s great to see new postings and very much fun to read all the comments. I was in the country side for a while so I missed out on a lot of stuff. I´m happy to hear about your new house and can´t wait to see how you are going to fit all the sofas in there. should be fun. I hope you are planning on leaving the snakes behind!

I am sad to hear about Sophia, I hope she is ok. Children heal well though and usually remember those bone broken days with fondness. Irene remembers only nice things about the time she fractured her arm, lots of days off school and everybody painting pictures on her cast.

But, back to you, Yvonne and Pietro, the beautiful and talented ones! Please tell me you are not taking the carwreck you mentioned on your journey around Australia....

And to all who may know. I am trying to grow Basilica. HOW DO I DO IT? Does the plant need lots of sun or little sun, plenty of watering or little and so on. Please, this will be my twentyith try and I really want to get it right this once.

lots of love
mom

Credo.
Baci a tutti

English translation for the non san casciano users (who knows why i decided to do it...):

I appreciate a lot Simo's idea (Anyway, I've got the movie too) e I vote it at beast.
To Leti: you fin him dead witha a felafel in his hand in the first scene. It's not so bad knowing it from the begging, I've not ruined you the movie's final scene. anyway, I think that.
Kisses to all.

I voted last summer for the first time in my life. My party lost but no one can say I didn´t try. Unrelated to that the news tell me now that people are starving, the banks are collapsing, Berlusconi is back in power, Bush is preparing drafts and the pope is sitting at his table chatting about their health.

I have decided to go back to my old ways. I will keep my money under the mattress instead of in the bank, listen to Pink Floyd instead of the news and demonstrate peace instead of voting for power.

Halleluja, and like my friend Laufey the violinist said to me today, God bless us all

Anonymous said...

i agree about the money under the mattress, but i'd say get information on the internet instead of on the news!

Anonymous said...

No, forget the internet, and the news. I get information first hand. from the people that actually live there, and have kids in school there. They hear it from the teachers. I know, it´s a bit third hand but it´s better then the news, or the internet. More personal.

I´m still keeping the little money I have (just for the internet perverts. I actually have a lot of money) under my mattress and I am never voting again. Too much trouble. And they never win. And, Pink Floyd is more fun then the news.

One more thing, for those who care! The basilica is doing well - it´smelly and springy - under the skylight, getting fed hot spring water mixed with a little cold water(37.5 Celcius circa). Leti´s recipe. It´s beautiful and I´m hoping to force it to grow babies. Something to to feel guilty about for the rest of her life. Well.....

Anyway, if you haven´t watched this you should.
