Tank - Candice's flat, Brooklyn.
New York mentality: if there's not enough space, go vertical.
Chinatown shopping - Man on the street
Little Italy: rising star of italian music (never heard before, though advised on the front door of the shop) + immigrants' signs
Spiritual sides of Manhattan
We finally managed to upload vertical pics on the right side! Cool, but tiring, I have to go to sleep now.
We have soo many pictures of New York, but we have to go through them and choose, and upload etc... These ones were taken last week. We are alright, came back to New York, met Filippo, staying at a hostel, still walking loads. Yesterday we went on top of the Empire State Building and walked around Greenwich Village, tried to go and see the Statue of Liberty or a Broadway show without success. Today Central Park, Statue of Liberty, bought ticket for tomorrow's Stomp. Tomorrow should be last day in the apple town, and we were thinking of a museum day.
Then friday day tour of Philadelphia, and then Washington DC.
The radiator in the room is set to 25°C, and it's a 3,5x3,5 metres room with four beds. We are cooking up, so we keep our window open (outside, around 5°C i guess).
Enjoy Europe and good morning (must be around morning there, here is night).

I like the Italian mentality: If you take my space, I breaka you face! Sounds about right :) Candice's place can't possibly be 12.25 square metres! Is that feasible? Blimey, that's tiny :o
Ooooh D.C, my beloved D.C! Make sure you go to Adams Morgan, that's my favourite part of D.C. Also check out the 18th Street Lounge on 18th Street (duhhh) and if you see my rastafari friend (Theavory Corporations singer) Zeebo, tell him I said hi :) Oh, and there's a place on U street called Barnun which I absolutely loved, they had great food upstairs and spoken word nights on mondays. There are a bunch of spoken word/slam poetry clubs on U street, I recommend checking it out. Also Rumba Cafe on 18th Street in Adams Morgan for live jazz and Blues. And go to Meeps: http://meepsdc.com/, it's the most beautifullest vintage store ever!!!
Well, that's all folks. Keep on rocking it!
P.s. I'll give you $20 if you piss on the white house lawn and post a picture of it on the blog. That would be bloody hilarious :p
amici...troppo bello...It's the only thing to say..no dai non ce la fo a scrivere in english...eccessivo dispendio di energia...ripeto...troppo bello vedervi lì...leggere quello che voi scrivete e tutti gli altri commenti..spaccano dalle risate.(piccola nota...leo complimenti per l'inglese mica ti ci facevo così agile con l'anglolinguaggio...)...cmq sia...io sinceramente non ci ho capito molto di tutti i giri e rigiri che state facendo...propongo una mappa con il percorso evidenziato per facilitare la comprensione ai più lenti come me...votazioni!!!!mappa?!non mappa?!sto delirando...calenzano mi frigge il cervello...
anyway we miss you a lot...you can't imagine how
un grande bacio e tanti sorrisi a voi due beautiful travellers e una carezza allo squirrel

I like the smell of prejudice in the morning (If you take my space etc). If everybody keeps on writing in different languages (English, Inglese, Italian, Icelandic etc) I'll go crazy, but at leastI've learned some new languages.
Have a nice stay and trip and say Hi to George!
It´s so nice of you to write in English, although I know it´s a little unfair on all the Italian family and friends. When I read your stories and all the comments I feel like you are uniting a lot of people with your adventures. Keep loving it and never stop writing.
p.s. I would love to see what Dora proposed but I think better not attempt it, they might arrest you for terrorism.....
bye bye...
